Tropical Fruit Farm

limestonehillThe Tropical Fruit Farm, in the vicinity of Tambun, is hidden in the valley of some of Ipoh’s most beautiful limestone mountains. The access road to the farm runs along the gently flowing Sungai Raya on one side and a landscape of amazing limestone hills on the other. The farm’s isolation combined with its sheer beauty also makes it the perfect place to start an adventure walk through the jungle. The farm provides a great base for adventure-seeking travellers to explore the hidden caves and natural beauty of the surrounding wilderness.
Apart from a wide range of fruits and vegetables that are grown, there are also goat and fish being reared on the farm.
The farm has basic group accommodation for about 8 to 10 people in the old farm house and an Orang Asli hut that can accommodate 8 people. The vast farmland makes it an ideal place for camping, especially on elevated ground.
