Tambun's pomelo farms are surrounded by calcium-rich limestone hills that provide the trees with a natural fertilizer. The premium pomelos are similar to grapefruit but are seedless, juicier and more fragrant. Pomelos are reputed to be effective in combating asthma and are also used in many local recipes.
